You are invited to a community meeting hosted by the City of Santa Clara’s Planning Division. The purpose of this meeting is to share information on proposed changes to the City’s Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance regulates how properties can be built and used in the City of Santa Clara.

Topics to be discussed are:

• Removing the Zoning Code definition of ‘boarding house’

• Adding standards requiring common open space in single-family residences

• Adding a maximum number of individuals that can occupy a residence

• Enforcing these new proposed regulations
