Bring a Picnic Lunch and come join OQRA, Santa Clara City Library, and Santa Clara University for a halloween picnic in the park at City Plaza Park/Mission Branch Library. There will be crafts, treats, activities, games and more for the entire family.

Before the event at 10:30am Mission Library will be holding a story time.
