OQRA, the Santa Clara City Library Mission Branch, and Santa Clara University are partnering once again for another Halloween picnic in the park on Saturday October 26th! 

The day starts with a family Storytime at 10:30am at Mission Branch Library, then moves outside to City Plaza Park from 11am-2pm. We will have spooky crafts, treats, games and other activities. Bring a lunch and join us for a fun day in the park. Costumes are encouraged as well.

Members of the Old Quad Residents Association invite you to join them in a stitching circle at the Mission Branch Library every second Wednesday of the month from 6 to 8 pm. Bring your knit or crochet projects for a night of fun conversations and skill sharing. All are welcome. Hands on instructions for basic crochet will be available on a first come first served basis. OQRA members will be creating scarves, hats, and baby blankets for donation to the Bill Wilson Center. Additional donations of yarn and completed pieces from the public are welcome.
